What is the difference between current and trading account

Your current account is used for deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. This is akin to your traditional bank’s current account.

The trading account, on the other hand, is used to transact in the financial markets. To use the trading account to trade or invest in Equities, Cryptocurrencies, CFDs and Forex, you need to fund in first.

For instance, if you intend to purchase stocks, the initial step would be to fund your trading account through an internal transfer. During this transfer, you have to specify the amounts allocated to various assets.
